It was a cold December day and I was faffing around my front porch brainstorming creative ideas of selling a Medicare supplement plan when I saw my 75-year-young and uncouth acquaintance, Billy Bob, coming at me.

The temperature was minus10 degrees Centigrade and I was wearing layers of woolen underwear and Billy Bob was feeling hot. Gawd, they should have sent him to the Antarctica! I decided to explore further –insurance brokers like me smell gold when they hear about ill health.  

"Your head's feeling flushed in this weather! You should get yourself checked, Billy!" I said to Billy in a caring, loving tone. I grinned too showing him all of my 28 teeth, which were still intact.  

"Hang it, Clint Eastwood, that's not all! I'm feelin' itchy all over like a toad does after swimming through a dung heap! Then my breasts seem enlarged and I'm lookin' like Pamela Anderson top-up and Jim Stryker from bottom-down! Then I want to hop over to the bar and pick me up a few hottie chicks! That's how funny I'm feelin, Clint!" Billy Bob passionately said, his right hand holding my shoulder, his left hand furiously scratching his unmentionables.

"Shucks, all that seems bad. I guess I'll take you to the hospital for a check-up. Hey, I know you have a Medicare supplement plan, but do you have a Medicare supplement plan? I peacefully and compassionately remarked to Billy Bob, while dusting away imaginary specks from his sleeveless vest.  

"Take that Medicare supplement plan and shove it down a brass bra, Mr. Clint! Right now you're coming with me to the bar and we're pickin' up some honky chicks, understood? I haven't had 5 Viagras in the morning for nothin'!" Billy Bob impatiently said to me while pulling me by the arm and taking me to the local bar.  

That idiot redneck was feeling funny because he had taken 5 Viagras in the morning! I prayed to God that he'd succeed in pickin' up some chicks; if not, I hope he didn't ride on me!
